iPhone XS Max stuck on Apple Logo

My iPhone XS Max won’t power up. It is stuck on the Apple logo for about 15 minutes then screen will go black for another minute or so and then go straight back into the apple logo.

I have tried the volume up, volume down, hold power button. The iPhone will flash and then I let go when the Apple Logo reappears. But it gets stuck at this point again.

There is no water damage to my knowledge. I do not have a computer with iTunes and would prefer to resolve this without having to wipe the device, if possible.

Any information helps! Thanks in advance.

Well done, you have already done some great trouble shooting, you're making my job easy!

Please follow the steps on the link below to put your phone into Recovery mode. Remember to select update to avoid losing your data.

This means you won't have to restore your device BUT you will need a computer with iTunes. Perhaps you can go to an Apple Store if one is open near you or ask a friend?
