I just git a new iphone 11 and have been trying for over an hour to set it up.
i am trying to transfer the data from my old iphone 7plus to this phone using quick start and once i have completed it all at the end it says 'data transfer cancelled reset iphone to start setting up again' i have done this process over 10 times now and the same thing keeps happening

Have you tried backing up your old phone and setting up your new phone with that backup? That could be a solution if Quick start isn't working
