Apple Photos not syncing Photos... iOS 10.13.6 Again...
Dear community, don't know, if I'm am so lucky, or Apple after 10 Years of clouding can't manage it.
It every time the same thing. I reinstalled on a formatted disk iOS 10.13.6, configured it, Photos loads and syncs for 2-3 Month, and now always the same frustrating thing.
You Open Photos, and the new Pics are not syncing. (Sleeped with a Mac Pro in the same room for 6 hours, thats why I'm not good today)
What i'have done:
Your repair the Database on start... Yes
Your restarted iOS... Yes
You updated to the last version... Yes
your disabled and reenabled the Photo Library... Yes
your tried to change Network... Yes
You created a new Photos Library and restarted... Yes
.. but nothing. App Photos starts and you see only Updating...
No activity in Network, only a few MB, and enter in the console, and the situation is like on Windows Event viewer... full of errors Like:
- Unable to get cached status information configuration client state 2
- AEGetDescData of non-desc type 'reco' not a good idea

I'm very frustrating. I'm paying the iCloud 200GB for not having problems, and now I'm in the same situation.
Not want to hear, you have to update to Mojave, or Catalina. This service is not viable anymore, because than this is time to sa goodby. I have many Macs, and this is the biggest one. Mac Pro wit 49GB Ram, xeon, SSD, ATI RX 580 (Upgrade suggested by Apple -> NO Hackintosh) and it's not working.
Steve, where are you?
Please Help
