Proximity sensor is not working properly

Proximity sensor is not working properly on a brand new iphone se 2nd Gen along with a bug on the screen in the top left when in a phone call.

Proximity sensor issues I have iPhone 14 pro max and while making an inbound wats app call my proximity sensor does not work, screen does not go black when iPhone near my cheek but in inbound calls the sensor works like it should and in normal inbound and outbound phone it works fine, the only issue is with outbound watsapp call. I have rest the settings and force restarted iPhone removed and reinstalled app multiple times updated to iOS 16.0.3 but it’s still the same
