While I am calling to someone mobile proximity sensor is not working properly
Whenever I am calling to someone the mobile may put on the ear right on that proximity sensor is turning off after complete the call also screen is not on

If you're sure that anything (cover or screen protector) obstructs (inferferes with) your proximity sensor, make an appointment at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector
