Apple Watch replacement high value

Dears,

I'm Bahaa from Saudi Arabia, my apple watch screen was broken, and when I went to Arab Computers service center to replace it, they gave me quotation for SAR 1,592 which is illogical price, since I bought it for SAR 1,349 from Jarir Bookstore.

I tried to call Apple many times, they don't give any satisfactory answer.

What I can do with this case, where I can fix it out of authorized service center?
