Can't order from Apple (my postcode is "wrong")

So Apple has a discount for students. It is a package that includes Logic Pro and final cut pro. I would like to order this, but it says my zip code is wrong every time. They send the codes of the apps via mail so they should not have my zip code? And how do I enter my zip code so that I can order those apps? I have a zip code of Belgium (4 digits).

I've ordered my MacBook on the site before so i don't know why it doesn't work now.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

Check the flag icon (lower right) on that page. It must match the country you are ordering from. For example, you can not order from the USA store if you are in Belgium.

There is likely a postal code in your Apple-ID information. Check to be sure it is accurate.

I checked and it is the same. When I try to order it says ''enter a valid zip code''. It's weird they need my zipcode because the codes will be send to me in my mail so..

I checked and I was in the Netherlands. I changed it to Belgium, but now I can't find the page with the package anymore :( It's weird because Netherlands and Belgium always have the same discounts.
