Airpods pro, left has lower bass and sound

Hi guys , I bought AirPods Pro last week , they were working perfectly until they updated to 2D27 , since then , the left airpod has lower bass , lower sound , and when I talk with someone , 60% or 70% of the sound is coming from the right AirPod ... I restarted them , cleaned and checked the balance in the settings .... is there any solution ? Did anyone had the same problem?

Hi Karol_wczk,

Congratulations on your new AirPods Pro! We use them quite a bit ourselves, and can imagine the difficulty in being able to hear correctly when the balance is off so much. You've already tried some really great steps, and to clarify, were both AirPods fully charged when the problem happened? If so, can you tell us where the phone was in relation to the AirPods when you experienced the problem with the call volume? Also, does the problem persist if you temporarily remove the ear tips from the AirPods?

When you have a chance, we'd like to re-visit the resource below, just to make sure we don't miss anything.

We look forward to hearing back from you soon.

Take care!
