Hello, my iPad suddenly turn itself off and now I can't charge it nor does it turn on. I've tried to do the hard reset(home button+power button for up to a minute) and also the recovery mode with no success.

iPad Air 2 is a nearly 6-year old device.
It is possible that the battery has failed in that iPad.
