Why does my device still not have enough storage after purchasing iCloud storage? I have 146.4 GB remaining.

iCloud storage does not add storage to your phone. Your phone will never have more storage than it had when you bought it. iCloud storage is on Apple’s servers, and is used for backup and data syncing.
