I have an iPhone 7 Plus and an Apple Watch 4. I synced them with no problem but now I get no sounds, haptics and have missed several calls because my phone doesn’t ring, nor does my watch. I have looked up solutions but nothing works..help.

Thanks for the response. We see the issue is persisting. We suggest unpairing your watch and iPhone and then pairing again, but setting up the Apple Watch as new.

Unpair and erase your Apple Watch

Set up your Apple Watch

Remember at Step 4, select "Set Up Apple Watch".

Thanks for your post! We understand your devices are not producing notification sounds or haptics. If you haven't checked yet, see if Do Not Disturb is enabled on both devices.

• Use Do Not Disturb on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Next if the issue persists, check if silent is enabled on your Apple Watch.

If the issue continues, restart both devices and ensure both devices are updated to the latest software available.
