Ipad air keyboard problem

Ipad air, my device’s keyboard shifted to the upper part of the screen, which is abnormal. I switched it off and re-started it, but the problem still there. Please help.

Hello,

Press and hold the circumflex in the lower right of the keyboard > Dock & Merge.
