Airpods keep disconnecting

Hi my Airpods keep disconnecting from my Windows 10 laptop. I've tried to disconnect and rest by still no joy. They conenct for a few seconds and then discconect again.

Try the Following:

A. Visit Apple Support links:

B. Verify the Balance:

Go to: In Windows, go to Control Panel
Type: the word balance in the top-right search bar
Proceed from there as necessary
