Volume not working for outgoing calls

Volume not working for out calling calls. I can’t hear dial tone or caller.

iPhone 11, iOS 13

Call volume When making or receiving calls the other person is not very loud. They can hear me but I can hardly hear them? Tried all the obvious, turning up volume etc while on call. Any suggestions
