Failed podcast rss feed validation

Hi! I'm getting this error message "Podcast artwork must be between 1400 x 1400 and 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests."

Please help. I have increased the pixed size and reduced the mb required but I'm still getting the same message.

Your image is at https://pbcdn1.podbean.com/imglogo/image-logo/8559456/c.jpg

It is 861 x 860 px and so much too small (and it must be square, even one pixel out will get it rejected). Other people have had similar queries with Podbean: I don't know whether it's resizing the image (which wouldn't seem at all logical since they must know the parameters) but if you are quite sure you submitted a suitably sized image you will need to take it up with them.
