Lost pictures

Recently I lost all my pictures. A family members phone stoped working so he got my old iPhone 7. He asked me if I wanted to delete some of the pictures so I got rid off all of them in “photos” and then in “recently deleted” to make sure he didn’t get to look at plenty weird private pictures. But little did I know that it was linked to my iCloud account that I have on my current phone. All of my pictures were deleted and wasn’t to be found in “recently deleted”. Is there some way to get them back because there’s a lot of memory’s in those photos that I really would like to have back.

iPhone 11, iOS 13

Unfortunately once those photos were removed/deleted from the Recently Deleted folder they are irrevocably gone.
