iPhone isn't picking up Network Extender signal

I have been using a NetworkExtender at home for my Verizon service for a few years. I got a new iPhone SE about 6 weeks ago. No problem with the Extender. Suddenly 2 days ago, my iPhone started to say "No Service" instead of showing the little bars.

The Extender still is working (all the little lights are blue & they're all lit.)

I can't figure why this has happened. Is there something in the settings for my phone?
