Help, my phone won't turn on

I plugged out the charger before I went to sleep at night and when I woke up my phone wouldn't turn on. About an hour later it suddenly started working but it notified me that my storage is full. I tried to manage my storage but it was taking so long so I decided to restart my phone, now it has been in a cycle of shutting down and the apple logo lighting up only to off by itself again.

Please help me, I'm using an iPhone X.
