Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
My iPhone did an update overnight and seems to have full storage now as it wouldn't let me onto any Apps this morning. It then was stuck on the loading reel screen so I tried the restart trick 'volume up, volume down, hold lock button' but now my phone is stuck on the apple Logo and has been for about 30 mins. It seems that it wont restart as the storage is full. Does anyone know how to resolve this please? Thanks

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
Bad news is in most similar cases where phone froze because it was rammed full, the phone is wiped bu the process.
You will have to restore what you can from last backup.

Thanks, although I have downloaded iTunes onto my windows PC and connected my iPhone to the PC, but on iTunes it doesn't allow me to locate my device. Is there a way to do this?

Because my phone is actually not on it doesn't allow me to locate it on iTunes so I don't think it's possible to do.
