Ah, so you really meant “out in nowhere”, okay. Borrowing or otherwise acquiring access to a computer, or a trip into the local Apple Store if one is open in your area are your choices, or contacting Apple Support and maybe doing the reset via courier.

I live in a yet-smaller community, so I’m somewhat familiar with the logistics that you’re facing. None of that changes the requirements of this rather unfortunate situation, though.

Your choices are to borrow or acquire a Mac or Windows computer (maybe check with the local government for suggestions of assistance?), or an appointment with and travel to an authorized service provider or to Apple Store that’s open, or work with Apple Support (link in the upper right) to transfer the iPhone via courier, or acquire a replacement iPhone temporarily or permanently. Maybe using this one as a trade-in? Or if you have someone you know and trust located elsewhere and with a Mac or Windows computer and with some familiarity with iPhone or iPad, box up and ship the iPhone to them.
