What does trade in kit include? Is it the box the new product was sent in?

I've always traded my phones in at the Apple Store.. so I can't say for sure. Here is a link that you can scroll to the bottom of and you'll see a FAQ section, hopefully that helps. Right above the FAQ section there is a spot that just says they send you a kit or a shipping label
