payment for iCloud storage was deducted from card ending 8421 on June 29, and still receive message that is not paid

Apple payment I had asked to upgrade my icloud storage capicity to 50 GB and added my credit card to pay 3.69 SR per ,onth. The amount of 3.69 SR has been deducted from my credit card balance, and after awhile, another 32.99 SAR has been deductred. Please note that this is not the first time this is happening, it happened two or more times before and that is why i deleted my credit card details from your system. Now as i provided the details again, same issue happened. Please advise why aditional 32.99 SR has been deducted?

Storage payment I am unable to pay my storage fee of .099 until i get my new credit card. The one you have on file has been cancelled as i was scammed. I should get my card within the next 7 days. I dont want to lose what arrangements ive had for a long time. Please confirm you got this.

Could there be an issue with your payment method? Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support
