How to get a very deserved refund for iTunes Lucky Times Slots

I’ve recently asked for refunds for 7 purchases for coins for Lucky Times Slots.

ive played this game and purchased coins for years. My daughter Julia Potter is also on this iTunes app. But the purchase of the coins are done via my American Express Credit Card for Martin A Potter. It’s approximately a $55.00 refund and if y’all look up my history you’ll see I’ve purchased often and complained seldom, if ever. If this refund is not given I’ll be forced to do two things(1) Stop using this app. And delete it and (2) inform my American Express Card Professionals to dispute the charges.

The poor quality of this app. Has been on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being high quality and 1 poor quality. The last 7 purchases have been all 1’s.
