Is it necessary to put on screen guard on macbook pro 2015 as I have recently claimed the screen from thr antiglare program as it totally destroyed my previous screen so shall I put a screen guard now to protect my new screen?

I wouldn't apply one. The de-lamination was a manufacturing issue (albeit not formally acknowledged by Apple), a screen protector would not have helped. However, if you apply one and ever need to remove it, that can cause problems and in that case, you'd be paying the repair bill.

It's a new screen without the manufacturing defect. It won't be changed again because there won't be a need to correct the defect. I recommend not putting a film on it, but it's up to you. If it damages the display, Apple will not repair it for free.
So as my screen is changed under the program so shall it be again the same case as before ? so shall I apply a screen guard or not
