Problem with YouTube update

One option is to delete the app and then download it again using your new Apple ID. You may have to delete the app, then sign out of the App Store/iTunes, restart, and then sign back in to be able to download the app again.

Asking for Account Information:

I don't use a YouTube account(as of this post), so I may be taking your post too literally, but who is "he" you speak of? Is this an eMail and someone is asking you for all of this information? If so, then someone (whomever it is) is seeking your credentials. Modify them.

Start Here:

• If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support
• If you Forgot your Apple ID Password - Apple Support

Then...

Modify your Credentials - ASAP:

Once all is re-obtained, and and successfully you can log back in - modify your credentials. With Privacy & Security being of High-Concern here, consider performing the following for Apple and all other accounts, that have such options:

• Modify: your login credentials (opening a new eMail Account and usinge a never-before-used Password)
• Associate: a different method of payment to your account
• Enable: Two-factor authentication for Apple ID
