I need the real way to remove the side bar from my page. Please don’t tell me to tap the book.
how do I really remove the sidebar? There must be a way to permanently delete it

Are you referring to the Slide Over multitasking screen of iPadOS?
You CAN expand that out be two equal/split screens.
If this is what you are referring to, there is a a way to completely turn OFF ALL multitasking screens and functions.
My question is, why would you want to ever do this?
