Still getting ads after paying premium for app

I paid for an annual subscription for a premium app. The payment is registered. However, I am still getting ads and the never-ending pop-up to subscribe. If I try to “restore purchase” in the app, it tells me I am paid for a year - - but I still get the ads! I’ve tried the app FAQ’s, but this isn’t addressed. It’s driving me crazy - need help!

It sounds like you are struggling to get the premium app and subscription to work after you paid for the year. We've some helpful resources that should assist you with this.


Be sure your devices are up to date. If you're using iOS devices, here's how to back up and get updated: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch or for a Mac: How to update the software on your Mac


Check for any updates for that app specifically:

For iOS: Update apps or use automatic downloads

For Mac: How to update the software on your Mac under section, "How to get updates for earlier macOS versions."


If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open will help to reinstall the app, if it's not working properly.


Should it continue, please contact the app Developer to further support within their app: How to contact an app developer
