MacBook Pro 16-inch MacBook Pro - Space Gray - DEAD before it Started

I have bought a Pro recently from Apple Store and today is the first time I have tried switching it on and after 2 hours of charging, it doesn't want to move ahead from the Battery Screen. I have tried all the troubleshooting ways advisor told me perform, but for NO LUCK. I tried asking the advisor for the re-place and they told me like "Im not eligible for that any more as I have crossed return period". Im like "If i haven't get a chance to open the product for a while due to my personal reasons, why cant product just be replaced instead of technical team fixing it if I never opened it ? once the technical team find the issue and fix it , then the product called a Apple Refurbishment and if so, why should I have to buy it for full price instead I should pay the price of the Refurbished product ? " - So dam disappointed :( :(


This is the First Mac I ever bought.. so, I don't have a spare 96 W adopter for me to try to see if it is an issue with that and looks like I dont have a choice but to send to the Apple Tech to figure (which i'm not sure)
