How do I set a rule in the Mail App. on my MacBook Pro to put all spam emails in trash automatically?

Rules in Mail Preferences not working fully A small question really, but why are all the junk mails from people using onmicrosoft.com still arriving in my inbox after i set a Rule in Mail Preferences to delete them? I'm being swamped by emails from different individuals whose addresses are their name and profession followed by @ then loads of letters, then a dot followed by onmicrosoft.com. I set the Rule to delete anything with ".onmicrosoft.com". And still they come. Of course I can go into my menu and hit erase junk mail each time i open my Mail app, but I'd rather these junk mails go straight into trash. Can anyone advise? Mail -- Spam How do I display email headers (address chain) in Mail on MacOS Ventura. I'm hoping I can use these domains or IP addresses in Rules to send more of my junk mail to the Junk folder (I'm already automatically "junking" about 150 emails/day by Rules using domain names but the evil ones have gotten more adept at spoofing user and domain names, so I'm still trashing dozens and dozens per day by hand.) Suggestions or insights will be greatly appreciated.

Email going to Spam (but it's not spam) We are Costco pros and do a lot of shopping there. For reasons I cannot figure out all Costco emails are going into Spam using Apple Mail. There are currently no "rules" on the MacBook and I have never created one for Costco. I have deleted the gmail where Costco mail is sent and reinstalled it. No luck. Any advice? G

You'll be rich if you can come up with the solution. Spam is an ongoing problem. Spammers quickly learn to bypass spam filters. Try logging into your email provider's webmail page and see it they have a spam filter you can enable on the server.
