My iPhone storage is still full even after upgradin

Hey Guys


My iPhone storage notified me that the storage was full and that I had to upgrade my iCloud storage for more space. I have done that but I still cannot take pictures or videos because there is still no space. I cannot even install the new software because it still says my storage is full even after paying for the upgrade. Please help

See if you can free up some space on the phone.
