In the last week, I started seeing the message “Uploading to iCloud Paused. Plug in your device and connect to Wi-Fi” when I open up Messages on my iPhone. I am running iOS 13.6. I receive the message regardless of how long my phone has been connected to WiFi and charger. Any thoughts on what is going on?

I have tried the restart and leaving plugged in and connected to WiFi all day a couple of times without any luck. This issue has me stumped.
