I can't lock screen

Hi, I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max, sometimes the screen does not lock by pressing the power button and I have to press the volume + button once first and then hit the power button to lock it, please help me how to fix this problem

Try and Force Restart your iPhone exactly as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

Press and quickly release Volume UP button
Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).

If you are using a case then try without the case just in case the power button does not get depressed properly with the case on.
