No Get button in Apple Store

hi good day! I hope you can help me. I have an ipad 1st generation, i tried to go apple store to download an app, however there is not get button or any option to download it,i tried searching on how to fix this all they say is go to settings general and restrictions, but i dont have that option on my ipad,i dont have screen time as well this is ios9.3.5. only.Please help me if there is a way to download an app. Below are the screen capture i had with my ipad in regards with this issue
