I redeem the code But the balance did not appear

Show me a message ( this code has already been redeemed)

I logged out of the iTunes account and logged in again, but the balance does not appear

iPhone 5s, iOS 12

It seems you attempted to redeem an Apple Gift Card, and are receiving an error that the code has already been redeemed.


Reach out to Apple Support for assistance, as outlined in the following article: If you can't redeem your Apple Gift Card or App Store & iTunes Gift Card


"Card has already been redeemed

If you see a message that says that your card has already been redeemed, you might have already redeemed it. Sign out of the App Store or iTunes Store on all of your devices, then sign back in. This refreshes your Apple ID balance. Learn how to check your Apple ID balance.

If you need more help, contact Apple Support."
