how to stop in-app purchases from being sent to two different accounts for a single purchase?

Every single in-app purchase I make I receive a receipt for it... and so does my husband. It is not anyone's business how much money I spend. Not even my husbands! I pay with my own debit cards, my own Apple ID, and my own money. He has secretly been getting copies of my purchase receipts for about a year now without my knowledge. I want this to stop now. Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem? Also, this happens when I use my IPhone and when I use my Windows pc.

Windows, Windows 10

Hello Mirshel,

We see you are trying to stop having receipts sent to two Apple ID's for each in-app purchase you make. Currently there is not a way to stop those emails from being sent, however they will only be sent to the Apple ID making the purchase as well as the Family Organizer if you use Family Sharing. So in your case the way to prevent those receipts being sent to the other Apple ID would be to leave the family group: Leave Family Sharing However that will remove all shared purchases from Family Sharing as well, so it is up to you if that is a worth it trade off to make.

Hearing feedback on what we can improve is always welcome. We would greatly appreciate it if you have the time to leave any you have for us here: Product Feedback

Hopefully that helps clear up your question and your options for this issue. Have a fantastic rest of your day!
