Beatsx won’t stay connected

My previously working well newer fully charged BeatsX earphones will not stay connected to my iPhone 11... Bluetooth on phone can find them ... I have had the device forget the headphones and freshly syncing them but the moment you go to play anything it disconnects and plays through the phone I do not have any special settings on my phone that I’m aware of I’ve tried powering down my phone and resetting the headphones is there anything else I can do?

Hi there Journey6,

It sounds like you're experiencing an issue with your BeatsX staying paired to your iPhone 11, and we'd like to see if we can help.

To start, do you experience the same issue when using your Beats with another device?

Also, once you start playing music, are you able to select your Beats from the audio menu? Review this resource: Set up and listen to Bluetooth devices on iPhone

Specifically, check out the steps we've shared below:

"Play audio from iPhone on a Bluetooth audio device

  1. On your iPhone, open an audio app, such as Music, then choose an item to play.
  2. Tap the Playback Destination button, then choose your Bluetooth device.
  • While audio is playing, you can change the playback destination from the Lock screen or Control Center.

The playback destination returns to iPhone if you move the device out of Bluetooth range."

We hope this helps!
