How do I fix the error iCloud and iMessage accounts different?
Thanks zinacef- in the end I had to contact Apple, for some reason I had been blocked as a spam Apple ID - they removed the block and I’m sorted 😊
iMessage is part of your iCloud services so with that being said do you have multiple Apple ID's? Did you sign into your device with one of these ID's? When signing in to iMessage, are you using the same ID you used to sign to the device with?
