Contacts

First make sure you have on your iPhone in

Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Contacts : ON

Then using a browser on a computer:

• Go to https://www.icloud.com/#contacts and select the contacts icon.
• In the bottom left click on Settings (the gear)
• Click on select all and click on settings again and select export.

As mentioned before you cannot access ur sim card via Iphone, so I can only recommend you to connect you Sim card to any other Samsung and take you contacts our of your sim card and go back use ur iphone

iPhone do not store anything on a SIM card.
