transfering pic from text to computer

Can you not just save the photos from the text message to your phone and if iCloud is setup they will transfer over. If not, then like said above, add them as an email attachment and email them to yourself and open up on your computer.

I have no idea what equipment, phone/computer/network you have but I usually just share the picture via email, bluetooth, or whatever is available.
