Changing the language in the App Store
I have an iPhone XS Max. My current country of residence is Spain. Unfortunately, I do not speak Spanish, but I have already got used to English.
How can I change the language in the App Store Spain to Russian or English, but still stay in the App Store Spain?
The settings inside my phone are Russian and English.

Keep in mind, the names of the applications will continue to appear in the language native to the country/region that is associated with your Apple ID.

I don't want to change the phone language!
I want to stay in the App Store to Spain but read in Russian or English.
Is this possible, or has Apple not solved this issue for itself and many customers from other countries who live here but do not speak Spanish?
