Apple billed me twice for Macbook Air 2020

Hello everyone,

I was billed twice for a Macbook Air 2020 purchase even if I only purchased once. My original purchase was last July 22, 2020 and it was billed successfully since it was deducted from my bank account. Yesterday, August 02, 2020, the same amount was billed again. I contacted my bank and they told me to directly contact Apple.

Any suggestion?

Money deducted twice from apple store purchase Hi all. I purchased a macbook air 2 wks ago. As soon as I bought the device, I saw the temporary charge (from my understanding this charge is to make sure you have enough $) deducted from my bank account. Yesterday the macbook got shipped and i got deducted another time, I suppose for the actual transaction. However the original temporary charge has not been removed, so I have been charged twice. Ideas?

Apple purchase Around April 20th I made a purchase of the IMac 24 inch for about $3500 and it’s estimated to arrive around June 21- July 7th. Its currently June 11th and last week I finally got charged for the computer from my bank, today I checked and have seen that the money is back in my account with no history of it ever getting taken out of my account or even any sign that it had been refunded. I’m extremely confused why this has happened, I never refunded my purchase and it still says that the product is processing. Does anyone know what might have happened here? Thanks.
