You shouldn't unless you know what you’re doing, which you don't, and you’ve properly diagnosed the problem, which you haven’t. There are several things which could cause an iMac to not start and throwing parts at it and possibly damaging something else, or yourself, in the process isn't worth it. Make an appointment and take it in for a proper diagnosis and estimate.
