Touchscreen is not working
Good evening, team.
I create this post through iPad...
I purchased iPhone 11 - just 11 - last October and have used it for 10 month by now.
The touchscreen and Siri has literally not worked since 3days ago, but display and buttons outside works.
I have forced restart the phone a couple ten times a day for the last 3 days but it has not got better at all.
Screen is on. But swipe the screen is totally unable.
I have a lot of things to do through the iPhone but this problem puts me in a hard time.
My job needs a lot of communication on its proper time, and the closing date of house purchasing comes at the corner so I need your help, ASAP.
- If I send the iPhone 11 to the tech support center, how long does it take to repair?
- If I purchase another iPhone 11, is it possible to get refund/any compensation for the old iPhone 11 from Apple? I immediately need alternative or replacement with the data in the old iPhone 11.
