Apple TV 4k blurry on Hanna

I know this might be due to slow internet connection, but I have watched other Amazon Prime shows in 4k and had barely any glitches. Hanna season 1 has had blurry patches in scenes throughout the last couple of episodes, and I am wondering if there is a quick fix. I looked for an HD Hanna option on Amazon Prime, but didn't find anything. Should I change something on the Apple TV 4k settings?

No, but I'll give it a shot. I wised up and checked my router logs and the bitrate during that show was pretty pathetic - 1.5mbs. Don't know if that was my end or Amazon's with the slowdown.
