Thank you for replying.
I have used all the ways you can view your harddisc space and it's still like the files are in the harddrive, but when I look at the folder they used to be in, the file space is gone. But when I look at at the lagering space of the whole Mac(where you get different categories, it's like the files was never on the Mac)
I don't have a time machine or do back-ups on harddrives, but I am running a program called Back-Blaze, that uploade your files to a cloud as a back-up. Actually it was because of Back-Blaze that I deleted the files, because I got a note from the program saying that there was not very much space on my Mac and therefor it could not backup some files, so maybe Back-Blaze plays a part in this?
Today I deleted 30 GB of video material to get more space, and my harddrive reacted normally to this and the 30 GB file space was removed from my harddrive, but the over 50 GB space from the other day did still not show up.
I will try and write to Back-Blaze and hear if they have experienced this before and learn about APFS and try that.
I really hope I can get to the bottom of this
