Per my previous reply, your EarPods with a Lightning connector cannot be used with the USB-C port on your 2018/2020 iPad Pro.
If you wish to use wired headphones or wired AirPods with your iPad Pro, the appropriate and cost effective solution would be to use the USB-C to 3.5mm Headphone Jack Adapter with third-party earbuds or headphones of your choice:

Since Apple have ceased production of iPhone with 3.5mm jacks (with which the Apple EarPods with 3.5mm plug were supplied), they have also ceased production of EarPods with 3.5mm cabled connections. However, you may find that online retailers (such as Amazon) still carry this version of EarPods. There are also many compatible third-party choices from which to choose.
I hope this clarification proves to be helpful in resolving your needs.

Unless I’m missing some subtle nuance to your question, wired Apple EarPods either have a Lightning or 3.5mm plug - and not a USB-C connector.
An adapter for 3.5mm plug does exist for both Lightning and USB-C - the adapter containing the required DAC.
EarPods (or other headphones) with a 3.5mm plug can be connected to a Lightning port with the Lightning to 3.5mm Headphone Jack Adapter: https://store.apple.com/uk/xc/product/MU7E2ZM/A
Here is the equivalent USB-C to 3.5mm Headphone Jack Adapter: https://store.apple.com/uk/xc/product/MMX62ZM/A
Apple do market 1m/2m USB-C to Lightning cables - here is the 1m version:

AirPods and AirPods Pro are charged from the case - the case in turn being charged from via either a wired connection, or Qi-charging mat.
If you have AirPods with a Lightning plug, it won’t be possible to directly connect to a 2018/2020 iPad Pro that has a USB-C port.
I hope this information proves to be helpful.
Thank you for your answer !
You understood me well, I just wanted some kind of solution to use my Apple EarPods With lightning connection with my iPad Pro that have only usb-c connection.
Hope that Apple will give some kind of answer to this problem.
You are not speaking to Apple, this is a user to user community.
I think you misunderstood the question Lotus.
I think the OP wanted a connector to go from their iPad to wired headphones
So a USBC to lightning connector which then they could plug their lightning apple headphones into it.
I don't think there is a way to plug it in, there are 3.5mm adaptors but not a lightning one.
I havent seen one before
