Blurry and enlarged icons

While using my Iphone 11, out of no where it began to lag and glitch out. Then when I tried to exit out of all my app tabs, the screen froze and the icons stayed blurry and enlarged. I can't power off the phone, I can't go into any other apps not even through siri and I can't swipe through screens. I don't know how to fix this issue im hoping you could help me
