error code 11

how come i cant restore my phone through itunes after i disabled it and forgot my password. I keep getting the unknown error code 11?

My phone won’t restore I have a IPhone XSMax and my phone disabled itself and it said to connect to iTunes but it won’t connect and it restore. my phone is displaying support.apple.com/iPhone/restore I go onto that website and follow the instructions and iTunes gives me an error message 9. spontaneously disabled and error code my iphone 7 glitching so turned it off and when turned on again (before had chance to enter password) had iphone disabled connect to itunes when no failed password attempts ? now when try and connect to itunes error code 0x8... help please! as not backed up last month of photos :(
