how do I find my claim number

I tried to fail a claim for my lost phone yesterday. I clicked submit and then the page said "error cannot process claim at this time" so I closed the page and tried to do it again, but then it said "claim in process" and I don't know my claim number or anything.

Claim for my lost device I lost my device. 3/4 times i call apple but my claim is not still passed. Because my sim is not working my bank is not working. I need to pay £109 to run my claim but my bank apps not workingg. Please check my case and do something.

Where did you file this claim? Did you have the Applrcare+ theft/protection plan with Apple?
