no audio for YouTube on Chrome?

I discovered that audiojingle became an option in my sound preferences when I installed some itunes app and it was creating audio problems. I found the remedy on a post someone else posted earlier that involved finding and deleting two files in the Library.

However, I still had problem of no audio on any youtube video... however, using a different browser had no problewm.

how do I fix the youtube audio on Chrome?
